A handmade 14 layer chocolate fudge cake, and yes we are calling him Bruce! I think I have read Matilda a thousand times, and this cake has to called Bruce for that reason.
As this cake is tall, then it can be cut into 18 / 20 portions, and is best served slightly warmed with cream (that's just my preference).
It includes a Happy Birthday Topper and mini confetti balloon (colour choices Pink, Blue or Gold)
