Please find below brief details of our 1.5 / 2 hours Chocolate Workshops: We begin with an informative introduction to the chocolate manufacturing process from bean to bar followed by a tasting session. We will taste a variety of chocolates of various origins and types. We then proceed to the fun bit...the hands-on chocolate making! You will fill, capp, hand-roll, hand-dip and decorate 12 of your own truffles and dipped chocolates...to take away with you (if they last that long!). Take all your chocolates home to share and enjoy! Suitable for individuals over 13 years of age. Not suitable for individuals with nut allergies.
