2. The Contract
The contract between us begins when we receive full payment for the items ordered. Once we receive payment we will confirm the order and payment via the email address provided in the order.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed on our website.
Delivery charges are an additional cost and will be displayed during the ordering process.
4. Re-sale
You are not permitted to re-sell any of our products.
5. Dietary Information & Allergy Advice
All of our products contain: NUTS, MILK, SOYA, WHEAT, GLUTEN. Some of our products contain artificial colours, please contact us for specific advice before purchasing.
6. Cancellation by you
You are entitled to cancel you order with us any time up to the end of the eighth day from when you received your ordered products.
You must inform us in writing (inc email) of your cancellation.
The effective date of cancellation is the date that the notice is sent.
The sum debited from your debit/credit card will be re-credited within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given.
7. Recovery of Goods
If you inform us of the cancellation of the contract, then it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products delivered to you.
If you agree to return the goods then it is your responsibility to return the goods at your expense. If you do not return the goods after agreeing to do so then it is our right to charge you for the recovery of the goods.
The goods returned must be in a condition suitable for re-sale as new. Only when the goods are received by us and deemed in suitable condition will the amount paid for the goods be re-credited to you.
8. Cancellation by us
We are able to cancel the contract between us if:
a. we have insufficient stock. In this case we will contact you to offer a substitute or an availability date
b. the items ordered were listed incorrectly
If we cancel the contract between us then we will inform you by email and the amount debited to us from your credit / debit card will be re-credited within 30 days.
9. Delivery
We will deliver the product ordered to the address given by you during the ordering process. We will not check or verify addresses, so it is your responsibility to supply us with an accurate and correct delivery address.
You will become the owner of the products when they have been delivered to you, we will not have any liability for loss or destruction once they have been delivered.
10. Liability
If the products delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, or if you do not receive the products ordered then we will have no liability to you other than what is set out below.
If you notify us of the problem, our obligation will be
i. to rectify any shortage or non-delivery
ii. to replace any products that are damaged or defective
iii. to refund the amount paid by you.
We accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the products you purchase.
These terns and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute any of the content of this website.
12. Privacy Policy
